CTB forms pig equipment group
American pig and poultry equipment manufacturer Chore Time Brock (CTB) has formed PigTek to provide project and equipment solutions to the pig industry worldwide.
The company based in Indiana, US, found the group business to focus exclusively on providing project and equipment solutions to the pig industry worldwide.
Coordination
George Murdoch, managing director of PigTek, says the new unit was formed to coordinate the product development, manufacturing and sales for CTB’s Laake, Porcon and Chore-Time pig equipment brands, which were acquired last year.
CTB has been involved with pigs through its Chore-Time brand almost from the beginning of its existence in 1952.
