CPF wins awards for its overseas operations
Charoen Pokphand Foods Plc (CPF) have received international awards for “quality” in product development and suppliers categories”.
CPF has operations in nine countries; China, Russia, the Philippines, Turkey, India, Malaysia, UK, Laos and Taiwan and maintains 14 sales branches which sell CP products in more then 40 countries, says Pisit Ohmpornnuwat, CPF executive vice president.

In the United Kingdom CPF won two awards; “new product development” and as the “supplier of the year” from the Subway restaurant chain.

CPF Tokyo was named as the outstanding overseas supplier for fresh shrimp and further processed chicken and shrimp.

CPF’s operation in Turkey (CP Standard Gida Sanayive Ticaret A.S.) won the consumer ward in the chicken meat sector, 23rd International Consumer Summit, and the EU Quality Reward at the EU Quality Summit in Belgium.
