(PhD, RAnimSci) is a consultant who provides independent solutions for global farm animal and aquaculture enterprises, including both leading and start-up biotech companies from concept to commercialisation in the most recent biotech developments in alternative-to-antibiotics environment, including enzymes, probiotics, prebiotics, other additives and feed processing aids.  Holding a PhD in pig nutrition (University of Plymouth, UK) and an accredited animal scientist, he is an accomplished and creative communicator, co-author of over 100 scientific and conference publications, plus technical marketing articles and reports, seminar and webinar presentations.  Additionally, oversees the finances of the British Society of Animal Science and international journal ‘animal’; being both a trustee and council member of BSAS.
