People! People? Yes -an important subject. People make or break businesses. Look at the differences we all experience between those supermarkets, hotels, motor vehicles repairers, delivery films -there are those that please us and those that don’t. The manager is always the key factor in such differences -the way he deals with people- those above him, his own staff and the costumer.
