High quality stockmanship, supported by good man management and fellow workers who operate well as a team, with a fine team spirit, are the key factors in the success on any pig production enterprise. Such a team helps to make efficient use of all the resources; the healthy pigs of high genetic merit, the good quality diets and the housing, penning and environmental control systems, plus the capital investment in general. These are the corner stones of the pig production enterprise.
