Pork processor to appear on History Channel
US-based pork producer, Burgers’ Smokehouse, is due to make an appearance on the History Channel.
In an episode of ‘Modern Marvels’ titled ‘The Pig’ on November 27, at 7pm (CST) and repeated on November 28, at 11am (CST), the producer’s water knife is presented.
This machine enables the company to produce around 40,000 servings of country ham on a daily basis.
