China animal health webinar
Brakke Consulting, Inc. will host a webinar reviewing key opportunities and challenges in China’s animal health markets.
Presented by Dr. Jishu Shi, president of VaxiAm LLC, the hour-long presentation will also include an overview of the Chinese animal health industry and current Chinese practices and policies on animal disease control and offer keys to business success in China.
“We created this seminar and presentation based on the request of a number of our client companies. The interest in how they should explore and enter the Chinese animal health market is of high interest to many of them,” said Ronald Brakke, host of the event and president of Brakke Consulting, the foremost consulting firm serving the global animal health, veterinary, and pet industry segments.
A native of China, Shi is also the director the US-China Center for Animal Health at Kansas State University. At VaxiAm, Shi assists Chinese health companies set up research and development laboratories in the U.S. and evaluates new technologies and products that can be licensed to China. The company also helps identify business partners for animal health markets in China and the US.
Brakke formed a partnership with Shi and VaxiAm in September 2012 to expand its consulting services into the Chinese animal health market.
