AB Vista has again made a significant contribution to the success of parent company AB Agri Ltd, part of Associated British Foods plc (ABF). The annual results, released on 8 November, showed record operating profits for AB Agri, highlighting its importance as a key player in the global feed market.

AB Vista grew its market share in the core enzyme market, increasing revenue growth by 30% in the year ending September 2011.  And next year, AB Vista promises an even more exciting development.

Working with its strategic supply and development partners such as AB Enzymes, ROAL and AB Mauri, AB Vista has enjoyed unprecedented demand over the last year for all categories of its feed micro-ingredient products, recording revenue increases across all regions, helping establish what has now become a major feed ingredients platform.

AB Vista’s managing director, Richard Cooper, said: “I am delighted that AB Vista has made such a major contribution to the growth of AB Agri. AB Vista was able to grow its market share in the highly competitive feed enzyme sector and we are on track to become the 3rd biggest player in 2012. Our ongoing investment in the field of animal nutrition, and the continued focus on the needs of our customers worldwide, have helped us lead by example, and build towards our goal of technical leadership in this sector. “

Over the past year, AB Vista has been steadily expanding its team, taking on a total of18 new employees at its UK headquarters and across its network of international offices.
