New H1N1 case in Australian pig farm

A Piggery in the Australian state of Queensland has been quarantined after it returned positive tests for H1N1.

Testing for confirmation of the influenza A H1N1 virus is currently taking place, after the positive tests were submitted to Biosecurity Queensland last night.

Biosecurity Queensland spokesman said pig meat products were still safe to eat, and no pigs had recently left the property.
