A new dawn in protein nutrition
As the demand for vegetarian based diets is increasing, scientists in Ireland
have developed a nutritionally enhanced vegetarian protein alternative. The slow
release of amino acids allows improved feed utilisation and reduces any
environmental impact from animal production.
