Scoping Life Cycle Assessment of Pork Production
Environmental Resources Management Limited (ERM) was commissioned by the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board Meat Services (AHDBMS) to conduct a scoping Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) study in order to estimate the environmental impacts associated with pork products across their life cycle and to identify opportunities for improvement.
