Sports drink technology to help sows in farrowing
The two factors having a major effect on annual sow productivity (ASP) is the number of piglets born alive and performance up to weaning. Recent technical developments that help improve piglet survival and productivity in these early stages are making inroads into improving the all-important ASP.
