Val Temple has also been told her popular Paradise Slice has to be
reclassified as it does not come from paradise, say the Trading Standards
officers.
"It's a joke and an insult to the public," she told The Sun.
"Of course my cakes don't contain pig or come from paradise. But what's next –
shepherd's pie?"
"This ruling is very sad, but not entirely surprising in
today's society," she added.
A spokesman for Dorset County Council's
Trading Standards said, "Food must be properly described so consumers can tell
what it is."
