Schippers launch new boar semen meter

Schippers Europe has developed a new semen meter which
shows the concentration of semen in number of sperms per ml. You can quickly
calculate how much semen you need for each insemination dose. The main advantage
of this semen meter is that you can measure the concentration of fresh undiluted
semen directly.
Diluting before measurement is no longer necessary.
The instrument only needs to be re-set once each day using the supplied blank
cuvette. Calibration fluid is supplied separately, although calibration is
rarely needed due to the uniform LED light source.
