Delacon strengthens team

Delacon Phytogenic Feed Additives has strengthened its Asian-Pacific team with the appointment of Gina Medina as regional technical manager and Kevin Wang as general manager of Delacon China. Their appointment was effective from July 1st, 2010.
 “The high potential of Phytogenics and the need for a closer representation of the company’s activities, especially in China, were the main reasons for enlarging our team in Asia-Pacific” says Sze Eng Kian, D.V.M, head of the DELACON regional office in Malaysia.
 
“Our recruitment strategy in Asia-Pacific reflects the steep business development that Delacon has achieved in the region during the last 2 years” adds Stéphane Jolain, Sales & Marketing Director of Delacon.
 
Ms. Gina Medina, regional technical manager, is responsible for technical services for Delacon distributors and customers in Asia-Pacific.  Ms. Medina is an Animal Nutritionist with over 10 years hands-on experience in animal feed industry, doing sales and technical services in key markets in Asia and other regions globally.  She has an extensive knowledge in animal feed formulation, product and business development and management, quality assurance, feed manufacturing and customer care.
 
Kevin Wang, general ganager of Delacon China, graduated in veterinary health inspection of Anhui Technology University of China in 1994 and got an MBA diploma of Canada Royal Roads University in 2004. He professes 16 years’ experience in feed and farm industry in China and had been working for several companies as regional sales manager and sales & marketing director. He has got a profound experience in the Chinese market and will build up a sales team to fulfill the growing demand for Phytogenic Feed Additives.
