Alltech Holds Special 30 Year Celebration at VIV Europe 2010

Global animal health and nutrition company Alltech will exhibit in Hall 9 Stand B040 at VIV Europe taking place in Jaarbeurs Utrecht, The Netherlands from April 20 - 22, 2010. A major focus of Alltech’s booth will be the company’s 30 year anniversary celebration including a display focusing on the development of the company’s research-based innovations since it was founded in 1980.
Alltech will also take part in the Meat Safety Conference being held as part of VIV Europe. Here, Helen King, Senior Business analyst with Irish food board, Bord Bia will present on ‘Consumer Expectations Beyond 2015’ in association with Alltech Ireland. The presentation will take place on Wednesday April 21 from 12.00pm - 12.25pm in the Irene Conference Room.

 
Alltech’s stand will also offer information on the company’s naturally produced nutritional supplements which have been proven to enhance animal health and performance.

 
The Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games 2010™, of which Alltech is the first ever title sponsor, will be featured on the stand.

 
Alltech’s mission is to improve animal health and performance by adding nutritional value to animal feed and, through this, enhance the performance of the animal and increase animal production. Since it was founded 30 years ago, the company has developed a strong regional presence throughout the world with over 2000 employees and a presence in 120 countries.

 
Helen King joined the Information Services Department in Bord Bia in January 2002. She is responsible for managing Bord Bia's consumer insight and innovation programmes. Ms. King holds an MA Economics and is a graduate of UCD and Trinity College Dublin, and a diploma in Strategic Marketing Management.

Prior to joining Bord Bia, Helen King was with Cadbury Ireland for 9 years, before leaving her role was as Marketing Planning Manager, responsible for consumer research and marketing analysis and planning. She is a native of New York and has been living in Ireland for over 24 years.
