Commenting on Gilson’s appointment, Dieter Suida, Regional Director for the Americas, said: “With his knowledge and expertise, Gilson brings fresh talent to the Brazilian team and we are very pleased to welcome him on board.”

Gilson replaces Tiago Santos, who has relocated to the AB Vista headquarters in Marlborough, UK to assume the role of Global Technical Manager.  Before moving to AB Vista’s Wiltshire office, Tiago spent two years as Technical Manager in Brazil and a previous six years in animal nutrition at a variety of Brazilian companies.  Tiago completed his Masters degree in Agrarian Sciences at the University of São Paulo in 2007, as well as specialising in broiler & swine nutrition and agribusiness at Paraná’s Federal University.  He has also published a number of book chapters and newspaper articles.

Dr. Hadden Graham, Technical Director for AB Vista, said: “Tiago’s transfer to the UK office will allow us to capitalise on his considerable knowledge of animal nutrition.  With increasing synergy throughout AB Vista’s international offices we can make certain that we are providing the best possible service for customers globally.”
