Wens Group’s new sow complex, China

One of the latest additions to the Wens Group’s growing pig empire in China was the construction of a 5,000 sow complex near Chaoyang, at 500 km north east of Beijing. The farm was built and constructed with Dutch assistance.

  • Luo Ye ('Tom') and Wu Mei Ling ('Linda') are both already living on the site, with their newborn son. Tom, with his background in animal science will work on-farm, whereas Linda will work in the farm's administration. They both went to the Netherlands to be trained.
