Roxell distributors meet in Rome

Roxell’s 12th International Distributor Seminar in Rome was attended by 160 directors, sales managers and technical managers from around the world.

The two-day seminar’s main theme was about creating customer delight rather than customer satisfaction. The participants were also treated to a pre-launch of two new products. The official presentation of these novelties worldwide is planned for next September.

The teambuilding activities included a golf clinic and a tour of the centre of Rome.

Roxell awarded several distributors for their efforts during the last four years. Among them were Hartmann Lebensmitteltechnik and Prüllage Systeme from Germany, Songming Machinery Industry from China and Hodowca and Inwestagro from Poland.

Smits Techniek from the Netherlands and VSI from Belgium received a lifetime achievement award, for being distributors of Roxell products for over 40 years.
