Pfizer Pork Residue Free Guarantee helps end worries about meat residue violations

When Excede (ceftiofur crystalline free acid) Sterile Suspension, Excenel RTU (ceftiofur hydrochloride) Sterile Suspension or Naxcel(ceftiofur sodium) Sterile Powder is used according to label, pork producers now can be assured that they won’t have a meat residue violation.

The Residue Free Guarantee works by Pfizer Animal Health agreeing to compensate producers for the pork market value of the animal if a Pfizer Animal Health-branded ceftiofur product is used according to label indications and results in a violative meat residue.
