Danisco Animal Nutrition appoints new regional director
Jose Manuel de la Fuente Garcia is promoted from business director to regional director of Europe, Africa, Middle East and India (EUROW region) at Danisco Animal Nutrition, effective 1 August 2011.
Since joining Danisco in 2000 Jose Manuel has been responsible for developing sales in southern Europe and Benelux. He has contributed substantially to growth in the region, particularly Danisco’s strong market position in southern Europe and has been a significant strength in building sales and successful customer relationships.
Jose Manuel will continue to operate out of the Madrid office base and will report to Andrew Harker, Danisco Animal Nutrition’s business unit director.
Commenting on his new position Jose Manuel said, “I am extremely pleased to have attained this position. I look forward to continuing to drive and develop the business with the EUROW team to maintain our market leader position and build an even stronger foundation in the market place.”
