Brakke Consulting opens office in Kansas
Brakke Consulting, the management consulting firm serving the animal health and nutrition industries, is opening a new office in the Kansas City area.
Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, the firm also has offices in Chicago, St. Louis, Omaha, Indianapolis, and Stuart, Florida.
For the past two years, Brakke has worked closely with the Kansas City Animal Health Corridor initiative. “The KC Animal Health Corridor is the largest center of animal health and nutrition business in the world,” said Ron Brakke, president. “With the new Kansas City office, our firm will have a local presence near major animal pharmaceutical firms, early stage animal health firms, pet food and supplement companies, and leading animal product distributors.”
The Kansas City area accounts for 34% of the $16.8 billion global animal health industry. The Corridor, anchored by Manhattan, Kansas and Columbia, Missouri, is home to more than 120 animal health companies, which represents the largest concentration in the world.
