3,400 pigs die in Minnesota barn fire
About 3,000 piglets and 400 sows were killed in a barn fire in one of the
largest pig complexes in Minnesota, US last week.
It is estimated that the losses at the Holden Farms site are at about $2
million for the barn and over $150,000 for the dead animals.
