Pig farms with Topigs finishers attained an FCR of 2.55 in 2011, 0.07 or lower than in 2010.
In addition, the growth rose from 5g/day to 811g/day and the percentage meat went up by 0.5%. This was revealed in the technical results obtained from 312 farms in the Netherlands that in total supplied 1.9 million Topigs finishers.
