Cherkizovo’s founders increase ownership share
Cherkizovo Group’s founding family have increased their ownership share in the company by 1.7 p.p., from 62% to 63.7%.
“Our decision illustrates our confidence in Cherkizovo’s future, – said Sergei Mikhailov, Cherkizovo CEO and shareholder. After a very challenging 2013 we see a very strong growth potential, that is not yet, in our view, fully reflected in our share price”.
