AB Vista appoints South African distributor
AB Vista has announced a new distribution partnership with Avipharm (PTY), a leading poultry and pig specialist company based in South Africa, with offices in KwaZulu-Natal, Gauteng and the Eastern Cape.
The new alliance forms part of AB Vista’s aim to become the number one supplier of feed enzymes to the South African feed industry – which produces 11 million tonnes of compound feed each year.
Michael Noonan, AB Vista’s business manager for EMEA region, says: “Avipharm is a well-established distribution company and we’re proud to be working with a partner.”
“The distribution appointment follows the success of AB Vista’s new phytase enzyme, Quantum Blue, among South African feed producers,” Noonan adds.
“AB Vista’s approach – including Quantum Blue superdosing – fits in well with the generally high level of technical knowledge, understanding and acceptance of new concepts within the South African industry.”
