Nuscience Group acquires Trouw Nutrition Környe Kft
Nutreco and Nuscience Group announced their agreement on the sale of Trouw Nutrition Környe Kft’s business to Nuscience Group, the premix and specialty division of the Dutch cooperative Royal Agrifirm Group.
The completion of the transaction depended on Agrifirm gaining regulatory approval of the Hungarian competition authority. The approval was received on 26th of November followed by the official change of ownership on 3rd of December.
